Men's Ministry
|
Alpine Christian Fellowship Men's Ministry is committed to helping men develop a close and intimate walk with Jesus Christ. Through discipleship, our desire is to strengthen one another, encourage and build up one another for works of service in our church family and community, and come along side our fellow soldiers. Through this greatest battle (the battle to get our hearts back), we build bonds of love, trust and honor between the godly and victorious men that God created us to be. We are His image bearers. He has restored God's glory in our hearts and through Jesus Christ, "We are more than conquerors." We are sons of the Living God!

Scripture tells us, “Iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.” (Proverbs 27:17 NASB). We believe that men getting together with other men, sharpens them, motivates them to be stronger Christians, more loving husbands, wise fathers, and better leaders in their community and in God’s family. Our Men's Ministry, ministers in several ways:
|
- Monthly Men's Prayer Breakfast: A real fellowship time. Meeting the first Saturday of each month, these times of spiritual growth will provide opportunities to make new friends, give testimonies, and a time to share each other's concerns.
- Men's Retreat: The annual Men's Retreat is a powerful time of renewal with the Lord and a chance to make new Christian friends. We'll have plenty of learning and spiritual growth, with time for sports and good times.
- Men's One on One Discipleship Classes: Do you have questions about the Bible? We can help you get started on knowing the Bible better. This ministry pairs men together in teaching relationships for the purpose of building us up in our faith, encouraging us in our walk with Christ, and helping us live our lives in the light of His love for us. Please contact Dave Boulton or call the church office to sign up for the class.
- Task Forces: Special projects where men come together to work and help with service endeavors for various ministries, or just for people who have vital needs (i.e. building, transportation, yard work, etc.).
